Throughout our ministry, we have witnessed lives change, relationships heal, opportunities arise, and people receive renewed hope. The following testimonies are personal accounts of what we believe God has done through prayer, faith, obedience, and ministry.
Before his final prison sentence, a man who had been in and out of prison was struggling with suicidal thoughts. On Jeff’s birthday, Jeff had been praying for an opportunity to reach a soul. He went to get the man and brought him to his best friend’s house.
Jeff told him, “Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary situation.” They prayed over him, and he was set free from the bondage that had been tormenting him. Although he still had criminal charges against him and was sent back to prison, we continued ministering to him while he was incarcerated.
During his time in prison, he became a minister to the other prisoners. After he was released, he became the pastor of a large church and established a ministry called Free Indeed. His life went from imprisonment and despair to freedom, purpose, and ministry.
A woman we knew had experienced multiple miscarriages. One night, Lisa had a dream in which she saw the woman fully pregnant during the summer months. Lisa called her, and the woman revealed that she was pregnant but had not told anyone.
After repeatedly announcing pregnancies only to later tell people that she had miscarried, she was afraid to share the news again. This time, however, she carried the baby to full term and gave birth to a healthy child. She later had two more children.
We witnessed a marriage that had been deeply hurt by infidelity become restored. The couple became involved in church, their relationship was healed, and they received a great job opportunity.
The woman later experienced a miscarriage. When she discovered that she was pregnant again, she called Lisa because she was considering an abortion. She was already depressed from the miscarriage and had three daughters. Lisa encouraged her and told her that this baby would be her boy.
Sure enough, she gave birth to a beautiful baby boy, and the family is doing well. God has continued to bless them, and they were recently blessed with a home and 100 acres of land.
Jeff once went to repair a woman’s air conditioner. During the service call, she shared that her husband had left her for another woman after 30 years of marriage. She was deeply depressed and had been asking God to take her life.
Jeff looked at her and said, “God doesn’t kill.”
Years later, Jeff went to the woman’s daughter’s home to repair her air conditioner. The woman happened to be there and reminded Jeff of the words he had spoken to her. She told him that those words had changed everything and that he had been sent by God. That simple message helped save her life. She was attending church, enjoying her family, and living with renewed hope. 5. Healed From Ménière’s Disease
A customer once came to purchase a puppy from us. She never mentioned that she was sick, but we prayed with her and her husband before they left.
Two years later, she wrote us a letter explaining what had happened. She told us that before the prayer, she could not drive, work, or help her husband. When we prayed, she immediately felt that she had been healed. On the way home, she told her husband to pull over because she wanted to drive. She drove across a bridge and continued driving all the way home.
She waited two years to tell us because she could hardly believe that the healing was real. She kept thinking that her symptoms might return, but two years later, she was still healed. She was once again enjoying life, hiking with her husband, and spending time with their Jeffco puppy.
The 75-acre property in Greensburg where we now perform baptisms was a miracle for us. One night, we were passing through the area after attending a late-night rodeo. Lisa and our baby were asleep in the back seat when Jeff heard God say, “I’m putting you here.”
The next morning, while drinking his first cup of coffee, Jeff opened his phone, and this property appeared on the screen. At that time, our financial situation looked impossible. We had no money, we had credit card debt, and we were the most financially broke we had ever been.
A year earlier, God had told Lisa, “This is the least broke you’ll ever be.” She kept waiting for more money or additional jobs, but instead, God blessed us with land and gave us the favor we needed to obtain it.
Our pastor had also told Jeff that he would begin hearing from God differently. Then God clearly told him, “I’m putting you here.”
A few months after we moved onto the property, a returning customer came to purchase her second Jeffco puppy. We told her that the land had been only two weeks away from going into a sheriff’s sale when we acquired it. She responded, “That is a miracle. I work for a real estate law firm, and you can’t stop a sheriff’s sale.”
Until she told us, we did not fully understand how extraordinary the situation had been. Today, this is the land where we are carrying out our baptism ministry.
Jeff once repaired the air conditioner of a couple who were living together in an extremely old trailer that was more like a shack. They were not married and were struggling financially and in nearly every other area of their lives.
Jeff ministered to them about bringing order into their lives. He encouraged them to get married so they could come under God’s blessing, and he also shared many other biblical principles with them.
Two years later, they called Jeff to repair the air conditioner at their new home. By then, they were married and living in what looked like a castle. The home was a mansion with tall ceilings, a wraparound staircase leading to the second floor, chandeliers, and marble floors. They had purchased it for an incredibly low price.
The couple was happier than they had ever been, and they were getting along wonderfully. Everything about their lives had changed because they were willing to change.
One of our neighbors had become bedridden. He was extremely thin, looked like a skeleton, and appeared to be fading away as he lay in his recliner.
We ministered to him and prayed for him. One week later, we saw him outside cutting the grass on his tractor.
